We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, should a refund be necessary, the following conditions apply.

Conditions for a refund

A refund is possible if:

• the item was returned within the time limit of the right of withdrawal

• The item arrives undamaged and in its original condition.

• a demonstrable defect or transport damage exists

Refunds are only issued after prior inspection of the goods.

Exclusion of refunds

No refunds will be issued for:

• custom-made or personalized works

• commissioned work

• Limited edition items, provided they are marked accordingly

This excludes cases of material defects or transport damage.

Procedure for refunds

Please contact us in advance by email at monabilgeri@gmx.de and let us know your request and your order number.

Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Refund amount

In the event of an approved refund:

• the purchase price of the item will be refunded

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are not covered unless otherwise agreed.

Processing time

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Payment method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Cash refunds or refunds to other accounts are not possible.

Damaged or defective items

Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and send clear photos of the damage. We will find a solution together (replacement, repair, or refund).
