Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Germany and selected European countries.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown clearly during checkout and depend on the delivery address, size and weight of the order.
 

Processing time

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged.

Processing usually takes 3–14 business days from receipt of payment.

For custom-made or limited-edition works, processing may take longer. We’ll let you know in good time if that’s the case.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Germany: 1–3 business days

• EU: 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur, particularly during busy periods or due to external service providers.

Shipping carriers

We ship via DHL, UPS or Hermes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available.

Packaging

We take great care to package our products—especially artworks—using suitable materials to help prevent damage during transit.

​

Customs & taxes

Deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs duties, taxes or fees. These are payable by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at mona.bilgeri@icloud.com and, if possible, send us photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless one of the exceptions listed below applies.

Returns conditions

Returned items must:

• be undamaged

• be in their original condition

• be carefully packaged for return

Please email us at mona.bilgeri@icould.com before returning an item so we can provide you with the return address.

Return shipping costs

The buyer pays the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized works

• commissioned works

• limited-edition one-off pieces, where identified as such

These products cannot be exchanged or returned unless they have a defect or were damaged during transit.
